I like this family. The first time I went, it was delicious but salty! I honestly felt that. I realized that it was my fault that I had a weird obsession with hard noodles, lots of oil, and strong flavor when it comes to eating Iekei, and after trying all the variations, I found that I was completely addicted to hard noodles, medium oil, and light flavor. I thought it was completed within. Adding chopped ginger and special ramen vinegar little by little will further enhance the flavor of the pork bones. They come with a wide variety of toppings and are very reasonably priced starting at 30 yen. Lunch time is long, and small rice is free until 5pm, and you can get free refills, which is a great service in this day and age. And what I would like to especially mention is the gyoza. The gyoza here is packed with large bean paste and is exquisite! The garlic isn't strong, so it's very easy to eat, and the meat juice that comes out of the filling is very delicious. I definitely want you to try it. The parking lot is large, and entry and exit is easy considering the amount of traffic. I don't remember the number of seats, so I'm not sure if it's correct, but I think there were 7 counter seats and 7 larger table seats. There is disinfectant gel at the entrance. When you enter the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine on the right side, and you can purchase tickets at the machine before entering your seat. The store smells like pork bones, so those who don't like it may need to be careful. The inside of the store is clean, and there are no slippery floors or sticky tables or seasonings that are typical of tonkotsu ramen shops. Once you are seated, you will be asked about the hardness of the noodles, the amount of oil, and the intensity of the flavor, so please let us know your preferences. There are no steps inside the store, but it may be difficult to enter in a wheelchair, so we recommend checking with the store staff. I've never felt like the wait time for the ramen itself was that long, but the gyoza came a little later than the ramen. I'm perfectly acceptable. I don't have any particular concerns about customer service. I think it's generally good. It's open from opening to closing, so it's very convenient if you have a late lunch due to work. This is a ramen shop where you can customize your ramen to your own taste, and sometimes you just want to eat it.
I ate it for the first time in a while. Last time I wasn't feeling well, so I couldn't enjoy the deliciousness, but today I was able to enjoy the deliciousness! I don't really care about what type of food, pork bones, chicken bones, etc., and I don't have any strange tastes, so I can eat everything deliciously! (lol) The noodle strings of the kaedama are thinner than the noodle strings of this product, so it was nice to be able to enjoy two different flavors (о´∀`о) The soup is not too hot because it is a dog-tongued vadasu. I want to come again! 👍
