I had the flavored egg white soup ramen with back fat for ¥800. The soup has a surprisingly light pork bone flavor. Chive had a nice accent. Straight thin noodles (almost medium-thick) are also good.

Photography inside the store is prohibited. I had the flavored egg white ramen with back fat and the fried gyoza. It wasn't too chewy and I could eat it easily. Apparently, the flavored eggs are also smoked along with the grilled pork, and the yolks are a beautiful orange color and rich. It was very delicious!

The atmosphere of the shop, the taste of the ramen, and the service of the staff are the best! There are several ramen shops nearby, but this is my favorite! ︎ Really delicious!
