In terms of price, it's a little more expensive than other Shirakawa types, but when you eat it, you'll understand why ☺️☝️ First of all, our proud hand-made noodles. Statistically, most Shirakawa noodles are soft, but this one has the most firm texture I've ever eaten❗ Recommended for those who like hard noodles 🙇 The char siu is sliced ​​thickly, and the smoky aroma makes it a satisfying meal. The wontons had a slightly less filling, but the skin was smooth and had a nice texture that went down the throat. Enter the store around 12:50 for lunch on weekdays! I had chicken soup with tsukemen 🎵 The noodles were Shirakawa ramen's curly noodles, and the soup was delicious with warishita. Char siu is also recommended 🎵
