This is a famous Kitakata ramen shop with its main branch in Kitakata City. There is a store-only menu, so this time I had the Stamina Ramen, which is only available at the Koriyama Kita store. Stamina Ramen has a large amount of garlic and you can taste the strong garlic. The prices are reasonable, and in addition to the orthodox Kitakata ramen, there is also Aizu Yamashio ramen. This has a very refreshing taste, and the soup is so light that you can drink it all. You can add mini fried rice or mini curry to your ramen set for as low as 110 yen. There is free Wi-Fi in the store, and there is a large parking lot with bicycle parking. I sat down at an open seat, read the staff's instructions, and placed my order. On the way back from Urabandai Grandeco Ski Resort, there was a Tesla Koriyama Supercharger nearby, so I stopped by. When you go out, you want to eat the famous local food. Sakauchi is famous in Tokyo, but I'm happy to be able to come to a local ramen shop. I ordered ramen with plenty of char siu and cheap half-fried rice. The chili chili of the noodles was good and the chashu was also very delicious. I wonder if it's greasy and salty. I got diarrhea right away lol It was delicious overall, so no problem.

I didn't have the energy to go all the way to Kitakata, so I went in here and ate, and the char siu was delicious. It might be too salty for some people, but it was great for me. I would like to go again
