First of all, the female clerk who showed me around when I entered the store had a wonderful smile☺ I'm usually a salt fan when it comes to ramen, but it's been a while since I've had miso ramen, and I think it's because it's here at Taishiken, it was so delicious! You can use the touch panel to order the amount of noodles and chicken oil, toppings, side dishes such as gyoza and fried chicken, drinks, and even takeout items. Toward the end of the meal, I ordered take-out fried chicken, and the freshly fried chicken was wrapped up before I paid. My husband, who used to live in Sapporo, praised the taste of Hokkaido (lol) I would like to go back hungry again ✨

I ordered a large bowl of tanrei miso ramen and a half bowl of fried rice. You will be guided to your seat, order using the touch panel, and pay when you leave the store. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was, more than the taste, as it was only 1,000 yen with change. As the store sign says miso, the miso ramen had a lot of flavor and was very satisfying.

It exceeded my expectations. The cost performance was good and the staff were all kind people. The toilet is quite clean. The miso was sweet and delicious with green onions. The pork bones felt a little thicker than the Tenichi series, but I got tired of it at the end, but it's not bad. Overall it was very good.
