Expected to come back I came to eat Fukushima black ramen for the first time in Nagano! Since the main dish is ramen, I thought the harsh comments would be unavoidable, but the owner? is a woman. Craftsmanship that sharpens the nerves of both ears and eyes. It was amazing. The taste is good and the customer service is courteous, I have nothing to say. It seems that it is the originator of Koriyama Black, so I visited. As the name suggests, it is a black soup, but contrary to its appearance, it is not so salty and is delicious. The noodles are thin, curly noodles with a lot of water. Thank you for the meal.
