More Comments at Google MapJunk Tsukemen! ! good! ! If you like dried sardines, give it a try! Even if you don't like dried sardines, I don't think it has a strange fishy smell, so give it a try! It will be a bowl that will change your concept of dried sardine tsukemen...! (There are many other menus as well) The super rich soup of dried sardines with a hint of garlic mixes well with the thick straight noodles and is extremely delicious, so don't miss it! It's delicious even if you add it to the soup at the end, so please do! Just two things to keep in mind: First, the parking lot is located a little far from the store. There are 10 spaces, so it's not that far, but it's not next door. Second, when ordering a hormone-based item from a limited menu for the first time, order a small portion (unless you are a big eater who usually eats a large portion). The image shows two bowls. The amount is terrible. Average people should definitely order something small. Even if it's small, it will probably fill you up. (*We are excluding the possibility that junk ramen lovers care about garlic.) Personally speaking, the interior is designed to get you excited if you're a hungry offal lover (*not a meat lover).
This is one of the few places in Koriyama City where you can enjoy the different flavors of both tsukemen and ramen depending on the temperature. The homemade noodles in the soup that makes you eat like dashi are unique in Koriyama City.
We were the first to open at 11:30 a.m. in the snow that had been blown down from the mountains. I was already closed twice and couldn't eat it, so it's essential to check the business days and recommendations on Instagram. There are three customers because it's cold. Since it is the first time, I ordered 900 yen for tsukemen. The noodles were firm and had a deep taste, and the soup was perfect for me, who loves Taishoken (Ochanomizu). It's a pity that I couldn't eat it because my egg was on holiday. Char siu is also delicious with moderate hardness. Menma has a good taste and texture. Next time, I'm worried about dried sardines or oshio, but I'm satisfied with the taste that I want to come again.
