I've always liked salt ramen with butter topping. For people in the Showa era, Sapporo is the royal road.My husband is a fan of miso ramen soup every time. I don't know many restaurants because I have little experience of eating out. However, as long as the taciturn master is fine, I definitely want this store to continue 😊 It's a treasure in front of Koriyama Station. The review says that the master is unfriendly, but the "Showa man" doesn't speak fluently.

Some people may find it unsatisfactory compared to the recently popular flavors. I personally liked the taste of the soup and the noodles. The miso flavor has a stronger flavor than miso, so you can feel the uniqueness of this restaurant. The noodles are flat, medium thick and smooth, and go perfectly with the miso soup. I think the cold miso ramen tastes a little bland, but it's OK. The dumplings are almost stick-shaped, grilled on both sides, and the dumplings are light and the skin is golden brown. A person who appeared to be the owner was running the restaurant by himself, but I don't think it's suitable for people who are looking for friendliness. I'm not looking for it, so it's totally OK! Maybe it's because it's close to the station, but they care about the time it takes for the food to be ready.
