Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Sanko

This is a ramen restaurant that I've loved and been going to ever since I was a child. Simple Chinese noodles with crunchy onions, The selling point is the light but rich animal-based soup, and the melty, huge grilled pork🍜 As you can see, the chashu is It's longer than disposable chopsticks, and it's not smooth. The meat is just right, and sometimes the fat remains solid, so it's delicious if you submerge it a little in the soup ✌️ I like the combination of onions and medium-thick curly noodles. Personally, this is my favorite ramen in Koriyama. I'm currently in Tokyo, so I don't get to eat there often, but it's such a favorite that I always go there when I'm back home. It's run by an elderly couple, so I hope you continue to do your best.

I had been aware of the store's existence for over 20 years, but had never had the chance to visit, but this was my first visit. The store has 5 counter seats and 4 tatami tables. You can feel that it was originally a sushi restaurant or a Japanese restaurant. This time, I ordered the "Shio Soba" (¥1000) that caught my eye. The amount of stir-fried vegetables served in a bowl larger than China soba was overwhelming. I keep eating it, but it doesn't go down easily, and it's very satisfying to eat. The soup is salt-based, but because it contains backfat, it's not too light and has a good flavor. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles that go well with the soup. Please note that the parking lot is narrow, so it may be difficult to enter during peak lunch hours.

Is delicious. However, I can't recommend miso ramen or salt ramen because they have a lot of vegetables and I couldn't eat them all...
