More Comments at Google MapToday we drive back from Yamagata to Tokyo. On the way i search this Ramen restaurant. We was very happy with the service and the Ramen was so delicious ! One of our best in this trip. We really can recommend it for everyone. The Team was very helpful, thank you
This was my first visit after seeing scallop salt soba featured in a certain ramen mook. There is a designated space for cars along the inner ring a little further away, but there was only room for one car, so I managed to slip in. When I arrived at the store, there was a line of about 6 groups. It took about 20 minutes to get to the store. The order was decided from the beginning, so I decided to order it right away. The clear scallop soup permeates through. Medium thick curly noodles that I also love You can enjoy the taste a little more by adding the yuzu pepper that comes with it. Later, I also had the classic Chinese noodles. It was a very nice ramen with a gentle soup and three types of char siu that were all delicious. Next time I would like to try the black soba. However, there are so many famous stores in Koriyama that I can't go around all the time. It's a happy scream.
It's been a while since I last saw Noodles and Shoka. I had the scallop salt soba and the rare egg bowl. Scallop salt soba has a gentle and deep soup despite its salty taste. It's not that it's thin, but it's deep. You won't understand this unless you eat it. Personally, I like medium-thick curly noodles, so these thin straight noodles are... However, this type of noodles will not go well with this ramen. There are two types of chashu, so it's satisfying to eat. The grilled chashu is fragrant and delicious! The menma also has a crunchy texture from the menma tips, and overall it's the best salt-based ramen I've had this year. Rare Cha Tamagodon is a delicious rice bowl with the egg yolk hidden under three pieces of soft rare chashu. This will probably be the last noodle activity of the year, so I think it was a good ending.
