I live near the store on a business trip. Started with Nagomi Ramen, except for Tsukemen. I ate them all and didn't miss anything 👍 The basic soup is chicken plain soup and pork bone soup. A simple soup with only chicken broth Rich soup made only with pork bone soup You can choose soy sauce or salt for any soup👍 There are also three types of miso ramen: special, Kyoto miso, and spicy miso. You can choose from 😋 W soup, light soup, rich soup You can choose between medium thick noodles and thin noodles 😊

Ordered the spicy miso ramen. The spiciness is about 2. You can choose between thin noodles and medium-thick noodles, so I asked for medium-thick noodles, but I think they are thin noodles. Soup is thick. was delicious. There are many spicy miso ramen with minced meat that don't have char siu, but I was happy to have both here. Nagomiya's special soup looks like plain hot water, so I'd like to try that too next time I come. It wasn't "impressive", so it's a ★4... There aren't many delicious ramen restaurants around, so the recommendation is a ★5.

A restaurant I go to occasionally.The salt is basic, but the soy sauce is good.I've never had miso, but my friend says it's good.Both offal boiled and stir-fried offal on the evening menu are both good.Personally, I'm always happy to be able to sit comfortably, but why is it so crowded? I can't help but wonder why there aren't any. I don't think they're very friendly, but they don't have bad customer service, so there's no problem. I'll continue to visit this store.
