Two weeks after my last visit, I visited again. This time I entered the store around 12:30 in the afternoon. As usual, I wrote my name and waited for a few minutes. This time, I ordered my favorite Taiwan Mazesoba (normal spicy, large serving, with rice). Stir it vigorously and slurp it all at once, and it tastes like this! A special dish no matter when you eat it. A large serving of thick noodles is eaten up in no time, and chasing rice is included. It is also vigorously stirred, and it is drawn in at once with a spoon. It is a famous restaurant that Iwaki boasts that you will be very satisfied and want to come back tomorrow, or even tonight. Below is what I wrote during my last visit. Visit before noon on weekdays. The first customer was two people at the counter seat, but after sitting down, the seats were filled in no time, and around 12:15, they were full and waiting to enter the store. As expected, it is the most popular store in Iwaki city. I usually order the classic chicken hot water or Taiwanese mazesoba, so this time I ordered the shrimp flavored Chinese noodles (salt) and the classic peperoncino-style egg aedama. Chinese soba (salt) is an exquisite dish that is often entwined with thin noodles in a golden soup with an elegant and gentle taste! The aedama is flavored with garlic oil and black pepper. There were only gems that I wanted to eat tomorrow, or even tonight. There is a vending machine for frozen ramen outside the store, and they also sell Jiro-style ramen that is not offered inside the store. The menu is extensive and ideal for souvenirs and stock at home.
