More Comments at Google MapThe salt butter ramen was delicious! I ate all the soup, but I never got tired of it. I also ate pork bone salt, but I like garlic afterward. A shop I want to visit again! !
It's my brother's favorite and he took me there for my birthday, even though it's my first time!! ️I got extra tsukemen (lol) It was delicious.
The store is located in a corner of a rowhouse-style building. There is a parking lot on the building site. It's right before the traffic light, so it may be difficult to turn right when it's crowded. As mentioned in other people's comments, this is a ramen shop with a wide selection of items. Food court-like format. There is no ticket system, so you order from the owner at the counter in the back. Or, if it's busy, wait for someone to come take your order. Then, when the item was ready, I would be called, so I said I would go and pick it up. This area may be confusing when you first visit the store. Also, since it's a one-time surgery, it does take some time, so I think it's better to be prepared for that. There are chicken soup and pork bone soup menus, both of which are of high quality. Having tried both, I especially recommend the chicken soup. The soy sauce (Chinese soba) looks like Shirakawa ramen. This is a very popular frame around here. The photo shows dark Chinese soba char siu. Seafood soup is added to the regular Chinese noodles, and the sweetness of the soup is also delicious. I think this arrangement is becoming a trend at Shirakawa ramen restaurants these days. What's great about this restaurant is that even though it's not a Shirakawa ramen specialty restaurant, the menu mentioned above is just as good as any specialty restaurant. The owner must be passionate about research. Among them, the salt butter ramen is especially recommended. What's the best salt ramen around here? If asked, I would probably suggest this salt butter ramen. Honestly, just for the taste, it's 5 stars. A restaurant that makes you want to try various menu items.
