More Comments at Google MapI went there by myself, but I was happy that it was easy to enter even by myself, and there was a partition at the counter so I could concentrate on the ramen. The Oniniku Ramen Soy Sauce flavor had a beautiful soup color and the taste was different from ordinary ramen restaurants, it was gentle but had a deep flavor, making it different from ordinary soy sauce ramen. I could sense the owner's commitment to the deep flavor of the soup, probably due to the use of sesame oil and a large amount of vegetables. The noodles had a soy sauce flavor and were thin and very easy to eat. Even though the noodles were thin, they covered the soup very well. The demon meat was a huge piece of braised meat, neither too soft nor too hard, and you could feel the trial and error and hard work of the owner. Moreover, even though the meat was thick, it had a lot of flavor, and it was completely different from the common kakuni, which is just big and has no flavor in the middle. The vegetables on top were cooked spinach, and the combination with the soup was exquisite. I posted a short video on YouTube, so please take a look!
I got the oni meat ramen. Oniniku (very large braised pork belly) is soft. It was sweet, moist and delicious. The ramen noodles were made with thin noodles. The soup tastes gentle.
[Stores I wouldn't have gone to if it wasn't for the Eat and Support campaign] I bought it again because it was a hit 👍 (I'm sad that it's temporarily closed today 😱) , On my first visit, I ordered the fatty meat. Well, it's just as I imagined, and I remember this being the place to go when I want to eat delicious, thick meat. I came back because I was curious about the tomato noodles and tomato tsukemen on the menu. I don't know of any other tomato noodles in this area. When I topped it with chashu, it all covered up😅 Satisfied with the fresh but rich tomato soup. When you add cheese, it goes well with the sourness of the tomatoes, it's delicious 👍 Even if you order rice and make it risotto style, it will definitely be good🤗
