I've been going there since I was a student, and before I knew it, I was in my 30s. It's just as delicious as ever. The atmosphere inside the store is calm, so it's easy to enter even if you're alone. It depends on your personal taste, but we recommend "Umakamon Shio Ramen" on the menu. It's a taste like no other, and I'm so addicted to it that I only eat this ramen. lol I live outside of the prefecture now, but I look forward to going to Daimon every long vacation. It was delicious this summer too! ! !

The owner is calm and kind. He may be a rare type of person for a ramen shop. I went during the day on a weekday, and was offered free self-service food. I think this is a good service for those who want to go all out. Ordering is by ticket system, and some customers requested the firmness of the noodles. Ordered Umakamon soy sauce for 800 yen and flavored egg for 50 yen. You will be surprised at the reasonable price! The taste was rich, but not too rich and I personally found it easy to eat. It went well with the crunchy bean sprouts. The noodles were straight noodles, and the egg yolk was half-cooked, so the flavor soaked in well and was delicious. There is a burner at your seat, so you can sear your own chashu pork. Toppings included fried garlic chips. You can also add raw garlic. thank you very much.

First visit. This is a shop that made me feel a bit anxious about myself. After some hesitation, I ordered the safest miso. My intuition was a jackpot!! The medium-thick curly noodles invite the soup. Today's flavored eggs are 50 yen!! Of course, order!! The soup is a classic miso soup and is rich in flavor. The texture of the bean sprouts is so good! Ajitama-chan is well seasoned (I like it~💛) Menma with a gentle taste, delicious but not the main character (lol) “Because it’s miso ramen!” (lol) On weekdays, you can have a very happy time filling your mouth with free rice. It looks like a Kumamoto ramen shop, so next time I'll challenge that!! (Gyoza too!)
