Staring at the menu, it's the worst if you get a stomach ache on the way home, so I ordered the green onion miso normal 950 yen and it arrived in about 10 minutes. ■ Impressions When you sip the soup, it's very mellow, probably because it's made from pork bones, but it's full of umami and richness. But I'm sure there are a lot of strong fans here♪ The ramen here is not Jiro-style, and that doesn't mean it's refreshing soy sauce ramen. I think this is Gaki Daisho's unique ramen.
