On this day, the restaurant was full as soon as it opened, so I waited for about 15 minutes. There are 6 seats at the counter and 3 tables for 4 people, and the interior is clean and beautiful. I think the customer service is efficient and the rotation is good. Ordered Aizu Yamashio ramen + flavored egg topping. The moment I took a sip of the soup, I first felt the flavor of the chicken stock, then the mild flavor of the mountain salt. The light char siu, soft menma, smooth straight thin noodles, and seasoned eggs were all delicious to my liking ✨ It was full of satisfaction.

I ordered the Aizu Yamashio Ramen. The umami-salty soup, smooth noodles, and large char siew are delicious. The interior of the store is bright, clean, and stylish, and the customer service is great, making it a store I'd like to visit again.
