I also found my favorite type of ramen in this area. Since it was my first visit, I ordered a fried rice gyoza set (+200 yen) for soy sauce char siu noodles for orthodox. I was asked if clams would ride on it, and of course I said yes. I didn't really feel the clam soup, but it's a simple and favorite soup. Noodles that are thin and have a good flavor that you can't say when you put them in your mouth. The char siu was also delicious with a nice feeling of fat. The fried rice in the set is charming. Gyoza is also good, but I felt a little more. What caught my attention was the soy sauce and sauce bowl. Isn't it common to use soy sauce on pottery and sauce on glass? ? Even so, I am happy that the ramen in this area 🍜 is my favorite and the level is high 🤗

I used it with my family on a holiday. My husband ordered salt ramen (with clams), my daughter ordered miso ramen (without clams), and I ordered the fried oyster set meal. I was surprised when he said that! The ramen basically contains clam stock and clam meat (you can also leave it out), and the salt used in the salt ramen is said to be a carefully selected salt that is rich in minerals. Full of nutrition while eating out! The lunch was so satisfying that I thought I might cut corners for dinner tonight. The owner's kind customer service is also an added bonus, giving it a ☆5! Definitely a repeat decision.

Out of all the noodles I've eaten so far, I felt that it goes best with the soup! Next is char siu! I have 5 of them... Yeah! I like it!! ︎The moment you bite into it, you can feel the fat, the saltiness, and the response. Is the feel similar to "Kurahachi" in Tochigi? Next, look for clams! There were 6 of them, but I would like you to think that there are almost no ingredients because they are used as soup stock. Mizuna was refreshing her palate, so I pushed my food, The kimchi is also refreshing. This is the shop that I thought was the most delicious among the eating while walking so far. I will put it on the list of shops I want to visit again.
