The price starts from 1000 yen, which is a little high. I wanted to eat something like tandan noodles, but it was expensive at 1300 yen, so I ordered soy sauce ramen lol Noodles are medium-thick and straight with curly edges. The soup was pork bone based. It was very delicious
There is a parking lot in front of and next to the store that can accommodate a total of 5 to 6 cars. Ramen is a frame of family history, but it is better to think of it as a different thing. It has a fairly gentle taste, and you won't feel any harshness in your mouth after eating Iekei, leaving a gentle aftertaste. It's quite complete. The grated carrots and dried bonito flakes on top of the seaweed give it a slightly different flavor while also being good for the body. I wonder if it's the idea of medicinal food. If you dissolve grated carrots, you can make it like a potage. If you submerge the bonito flakes, it will have a faint seafood-tonkotsu feel. The grilled pork is well-broiled and fragrant, and it's packed with ingenuity that will keep you satisfied. Personally, I don't recommend using the salt I ate this time, as if you add table seasonings, especially pepper, the delicate flavor will be overwritten by the pepper. The noodles are also thick with a high water content, which is rarely seen in Iekei ramen. The smooth texture matches well with vegetables. I was very impressed with how well they matched without being tied down by the family frame. A high level of perfection that cannot be expressed in words. The frame was really the only family element, and it was actually a very sophisticated and innovative ramen. Very delicious and recommended. It's also great when you want to eat ramen even though you don't have enough vegetables.
I ate amber ramen salt. The noodles are medium thick straight noodles. Even though the salty taste is strong until the end, it doesn't get salty till the end, so you can drink it till the last cup! The chashu is grilled, aromatic, thick, large and soft. The boiled eggs had a strong taste, but the aftertaste was refreshing, which was great! Grating the carrots does a good job. The overall feel is cohesive and the balance is exquisite. I added a lot of things later, so the price is high. It was worth paying for me. The manager was kind and considerate of my allergies and was responsive to my needs. I think everyone has their own tastes when it comes to ramen, but please come and try it out for yourself! I was hooked. Thank you for viewing.
