Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan｜麺屋ソルト

If you want to eat salt ramen in Iwaki, I thought this would be a good place! It was a gentle taste.

Soft enough to melt the char siu I don't know what the "punch" in the menu of the ticket vending machine means. It was a soup that I personally wanted to eat with straight noodles rather than curly noodles. It was delicious.

It had a refreshing salty taste and the noodles were thin and very delicious.
