More Comments at Google MapThe photo shows meatless, Yasai Mashimashi, and mini ramen. It's a really orthodox Jiro style. Recommended for first-time Jiro fans.
A new Jiro-style ramen shop has opened in Kashima, following the success of Izumi no Menya Shion and Taira no Dramatic Ramen Zappa! [Gattsuri Ramen Butaichi (Iwaki Kashima location)] Enter with the ticket system and there is a ticket machine on the left. Call at the time of meal ticket reception ·garlic ・ Yasai ・Abra ・Karame ·Ginger can be selected. on the table ・Black pepper ・White pepper ・Karame ・Spicy one (chili flakes) ·vinegar We also have tissues, disposable chopsticks, and renge. A bowl of rice soon arrived. Small pig garlic less aphids came. Vegetables → The rate of bean sprouts is increased even when boiled to retain a crispy feeling Pork → Salty pork with a strong taste of soy sauce with just the right amount of chewiness. Noodles → Slightly thin, but you can slurp it with just the right amount of boiling. Soup → A sweet soup filled with plenty of emulsified pork extract! I think it's an irresistible cup for those who like emulsion! It's a super yummy soup that you'll want to drink all the time with soup and cold. The store clerk was also very friendly and cheerful, and it was a very pleasant customer service. Even those who are not familiar with the local Jiro system were carefully explained from the menu, so I think it is safe even for first-timers! Personally, I think it's one of the top class Jiro-kei in Iwaki, so please check it out!
I often go there just before closing time, but the staff never make an unpleasant face and serve customers in a pleasant manner. I always use miso flavored Karame. Not just regular miso, but some kind of spice? I think it's worth the extra 100 yen for the flavor. Lately, I've been keeping even small items, so I've been making them mini. Still, it's quite satisfying.
