A little while ago, the scent of pork bones is on full display! There are fewer elements. That was fine, but I personally feel more sophisticated now. First, most of the employees were women, and I was guided to the ticket vending machine in a friendly atmosphere and ordered the special miso chashu. Add seaweed, spinach, and green onions (lol) Char siu is double topped with soft pork cooked at low temperature and light chicken char siu 🤤 The instructions are very thorough and make you feel comfortable!

I visited here for the first time in about 25 years. At the time, I was a student and on a training camp at a nearby driving school. As expected, so many years have passed that I thought the store would no longer exist, but I was thrilled to find it there. I didn't remember exactly what it tasted like in the past, but when I ate the chashu, I felt like my memory had come back to me. I'm glad I was able to experience the taste of memories.
