Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Ramen gantetsu yokocho

Nestled amongst numerous ramen shops in a tiny alley, or yokocho, is Gantetsu. It's difficult to discern outwardly if there is any significant difference between any of the shops but I stepped into this one as a group just left and space was available. It was delicious. I totally recommend coming here if you are unsure which one to choose. I got the tourist special of butter corn miso ramen. I say "tourist" because the butter and corn have a minimal impact on the overall experience but cost a decent bit extra. You would be just fine getting the standard miso ramen.

Delicious ramen. The broth was very tasty and not too over the top. Definitely try this spot in the alley.
