Small eatery with the perfect ramen. The soup was delicious. Loved the curly ramen and the egg. Chef could communicate in English. This location is quite easy to find. Look for the sign Ramen Alley no. 3. Once inside look for the Michelin star. Highly recommend.

We visited this ramen restaurant as it is Michelin recommended. We went there slightly past 6pm on a weekday and luckily were seated immediately. Ordered spicy miso ramen. The miso soup is really smooth. The noodles are cooked perfectly, not too soft, not too firm. The chashu is tender and a bit salted like bacon, which goes well with the soup. Also loved the chunky bamboo shoots.

The store is located in the subterranean hallway on the right of the FamilyMart. I went to eat there alone, and didn't have to wait at around 20:45. At 21:00 a line started forming outside. The ticket vending machine has a fully functioning English menu. I had the recommended Miso Ramen (900¥), and Gyōza (450¥/5pc). Both were very delicious. I espacially liked the Meatball with hints of Sechuan Pepper, and available Fish salt. The broth was very thick and rich in flavour, while still being subtle about all its different colours. Definitely worth a visit!
