Probably the best ramen I've eaten this year. You should choose "rich" that stir-fry bean sprouts with lard. Definitely delicious! I felt the fragrance similar to Misuzu Ramen, a famous shop in Obihiro. It seems that kotteri stir-fries the bean sprouts with lard (￣▽￣;) I'm sure (lol) The soup is simple and the ramen is Chili Nishiyama Men, but it was old-fashioned and I was very satisfied with the amount of bean sprouts and chashu. It's a shop you'll want to go to again (*^^*)
