More Comments at Google MapThe Sapporo miso ramen was delicious. A rich potage-like soup.
About 5 years ago, when 7-Eleven started selling cup ramen, I liked it so much that I ate it once every three days. I always wanted to eat at a restaurant someday. This time, I was finally able to eat at the restaurant, and my wish came true. The taste is salt-based and has a garlic flavor, and the noodles are chijire noodles. The soup is rather thick, so I think you can clearly tell your taste, but I personally love it. If I have a chance to go to Hokkaido again, I definitely want to go there.
I visited on a Sunday around 18:00. There is a long line at Ebisoba Ichigen, and each shop is very busy. I thought it was miso ramen, but this one was salty so I gave it a try. My style of Sapporo salt ramen topped with fatty salted egg. The rice bowl arrived in just 5 minutes. It's salt ramen, but the soup is cloudy and has black fat like melon oil? It has garlic chips on it and is quite a rich type of salt. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles that pack a punch. The ingredients are chashu pork, green onions, menma, bean sprouts, onions, minced meat, and seasoned eggs. Bean sprouts, onions, and minced meat are stir-fried. Miso seemed to be a better match. Thank you for making it so smooth. It was delicious.
