Eat well!

When I went fishing at Lake Shikotsu, my guide told me about this ramen shop in Chitose City, which was highly recommended, and I decided to stop by because the Chaccha special soy sauce was especially delicious. We arrived at 1pm and there were two groups waiting, and we were able to be seated in about 15 minutes. Naturally, I chose the highly recommended ``Chacha Special Soy Sauce''. The soup has a rich tonkotsu soy sauce, plenty of back oil, melty pork belly, boiled egg, green onions, and seaweed. It's rich and full-bodied, and the curly noodles are coated with just the right amount of soup for a nice balance. It seemed like it was recommended by a local.

If you want to eat ramen and miso for lunch earlier than usual, Ikki is your favorite. It has a strong flavor with more garlic, and the chashu is soft and delicious. As an added bonus, I felt like I was getting a good deal for the first time in the morning. This time, I would like to try making tsukemen.
