The store had been closed for a while, so I visited for the first time in a while. I had the miso char siu flavored egg topping and fried rice on an iron plate. All are delicious. Even better if you have garlic. I also received a service ticket for the next time, so next time I'll try the Mazesoba.

Purchase recommended miso with your meal ticket. It's not covered in Nanban, which is common with miso ramen, but has a good balance between the flavor of the sauce and the richness of the pork bone soup. The amount of fried rice, which is exclusive to Tomakomai, is modest and just the right amount to eat with ramen.

I found a ramen shop on the way from getting off the ferry to entering the expressway. Adjacent to a gas station. I always stop by when I come back to Hokkaido. Today's spicy miso ramen is topped with extra green onions. The spiciness, which is a little stronger than spicy, is just right for me, and the nutty (?) flavor goes well with the miso, making it very delicious. Next time I would like to ask if they can make the noodles harder.
