A small ramen shop located on National Route 36 near Aeon Mall Tomakomai, across the road from Yamada Denki and Xebio. The exterior of the store and the atmosphere inside may be more Showa than Heisei. Seating is at the counter and at tables, and the restaurant is spacious with a small raised area. It appears to be run by a single female owner. The first thing on the menu is Shio. I ordered Shio Charshu noodles. The ramen looks like it was made with great care, and the temperature of the soup, including the soup, was nice and hot. The flavor of the shio ramen soup is reminiscent of Okinawa soba, but it's not that light, and it's a proper shio ramen soup that's very delicious. It also has a very gentle and comforting taste. The char siu simmered in soy sauce has a traditional feel and is quite delicious to my taste. Rice may be necessary. The recent chicken soup, rare char siu, and other popular types of ramen that cost over 1,000 yen are good, but this is a wonderful restaurant that makes you realize once again that ramen should be like this.

I received the miso chashu noodles. The chashu has a straight soy sauce flavor. The soup was made with miso that had a strong sardine-based soup stock, and it was really delicious, with a taste I've never had anywhere else. Other people's reviews said that it was salty, but I wonder if they feel that way because there aren't many vegetables in the ingredients. I like it on the stronger side, so it was just right for me, but the person I went with said it was too salty, so I recommend ordering it on the lighter side. It was the most delicious in Tomakomai.

Oh, it's delicious! 😀✨✨ The store is located in an unfavorable location (the store is hidden behind a Toyota dealer sign), and from the outside it looks like an old-fashioned ramen shop. When I entered the store, reggae songs such as Buffalo Soldier and Regalize It were playing, giving me the impression that the store really loved music. Rock magazines that must have been carefully stored since the Showa era were lined up in rows. That alone makes me feel happy😊 I ordered miso ramen for ramen, but it seems like soy sauce is recommended! Japanese-style soup stock is rich and delicious! (It's charming that it's a little salty) It's a restaurant that's easy to eat and makes you want to come back soon 😊 You can also get the popular anhydrous curry (so spicy that small children can't eat it). It's also addictingly spicy! ! ✨ The shopkeeper? The aunty is also a soothing person, and it's heartwarming to see her having fun chatting with the regulars! Everyone, please come once 😉
