The first time I went was 4 years ago... This was the restaurant that my current husband insisted I should definitely try. First of all, this restaurant serves fried noodles! Recommended. The owner's uncle and aunt are very nice and it's a nice shop!

When I visited around 4:45pm on a weekday, it was pretty empty. I ordered fried noodles (yakisoba) based on everyone's reviews, and it was extremely delicious! ! ! This is addictive. Actually, I wanted to eat gyoza, but I held back this time... It seems to be run by a husband and wife, and they were very nice people. I will definitely visit again! !

A Showa-era Chinese restaurant run by an elderly couple in Shimizu Town. There is a wide variety of menus, but the bean paste yakisoba is famous as Chitose's B-class gourmet food and was very delicious.
