Best ramen in Sapporo, highly recommended

“It’s fine like this.” It may be rude, but this is a ramen shop that makes you want to say that. Low-hydration, chewy noodles, pork bone-based soup, and fragrant bean sprouts. You can feel Sapporo. It's a bit oily, so it might be more suited for men, but it's definitely recommended for a cup of pampas grass.

A famous restaurant recommended by the owner of a famous guest house in Sapporo. You can eat traditional Sapporo ramen. The soy sauce ramen was absolutely delicious. The bean sprouts, raw wakame seaweed, and chashu went well with the soup and noodles, and even though I drank a lot of them, I was able to eat them quickly. The gyoza are also delicious. Miso ramen is light and perfect after drinking. The appearance of the store, the interior design, and the owner and staff are so seasoned that I keep coming back.
