This is a store that I used to visit when there was an old Usui store. It's been a while since I've eaten flat noodles, but I made a mistake and ordered regular noodles instead. However, I had miso ramen for the first time in over 20 years. The taste is a nostalgic low-fat miso ramen. I guess they haven't changed the flavor since then so as not to disappoint their familiar customers. Ramen soup these days is mostly fat and salt, so if you think about it, it was a delicious miso ramen that was gentle on the body. This is a restaurant that I have been eating at for over 30 years. My favorite is the miso handmade ramen. The curly flat noodles are entwined with the soup and are very delicious. The ramen that is not handmade is also delicious, but recently there are fewer hand-made ramen. There are plenty of vegetables, and the soup is delicious and refreshing.
