A hidden gem in Sapporo. A bit tricky to get there but it’s worth the trip; I walked from Nakajima koen and it was quite easy. I’m sure taxi wouldn’t cost much if shared. Its draw card is the fact that you can have ramen for breakfast from 0600. They make really nice broth with Japanese niboshi (dried sardines) and totally drinkable to a last drop. A good servicing portion for its price. The owner’s wife speaks brilliant English. Highly recommended if you are fed up with over-hyped ramen in Sapporo. Closed on monday.
