This opened on May 28th (Sunday) this month. I checked the information that it would open at 11am, and when I got there 10 minutes later, there was already a line. The two parking lots in front of the store were empty, so I decided to park a little further away and walk. Hmm, the weather is nice and it's a pleasant day...♬ There were still several groups in line in front of the store. Maybe it's because of the weather, but the flowers celebrating the opening are beautiful. We were soon guided and ordered. ▪️Soy sauce flavored ramen 850 The color of the dark soy sauce soup whets the appetite. First, take a bite of the soup ( •̀∀︎•́ )✧︎Kita This is delicious! ︎ As the description says, it's a light chicken broth soup, it has a nice crisp flavor. Furthermore, the presence of soy sauce in the soup is profound. The noodles are chewy and made from whole grain flour. The quality is so high that you can feel the owner's commitment to it. So far, the noodles and soup have been great, but what I found the best this time was the char siu! ︎ The softness is just right and the fat is sweet ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ ) It already comes with 5 slices of char siu, but I definitely recommend adding toppings...♬ This is a great product that I would like to start selling individually once the excitement of the opening season has subsided. It's been a long time since I've had delicious char siu. Well, next time I'll choose salt or abura soba! The quality of the ramen is as expected (￣￣￣) I’m grinning.

Trendy these days? It's a beautiful ramen. The simple soup has a well-balanced flavor. The noodles are whole grains, and the texture is good because they contain Hoshi. I had the impression that the topping was well finished and it was delicious. I would like to try the salty one next time.

Chicken bone salt ramen is a hit after a long time! 5 pieces of pork belly chashu. The thin straight noodles with a slight flavor go perfectly with the soup! You'll want to drink it up~👍️The chashu rice bowl has a slightly sweet sauce and plenty of cubed chashu. 300 yen is cheap.
