20230709 First visit. It was my favorite and very delicious. I ate seafood pork bone soy sauce. Noodles, soup, char siu, bamboo shoots, and onions were all my favorite flavors. I would definitely visit again. Payment is cash only.

This will be my second time! When I first came to the store, I ate seafood and pork bones and it was so delicious that I came back again. This time I was in the mood for tsukemen, so I decided on the limited quantity [soy sauce tsukemen]. The limited quantity is definitely appealing. And above all, Takeichi's char siu is exquisite! I have two of them, but they both feel different. But if you imagine eating chashu on regular ramen, hmm? I think it's different from regular char siu, but it's smoked and very delicious. And the tsukemen is smooth and chewy thick noodles, which is exactly what I was looking for~ 😊♪ The back fat in the soup wasn't at all bitter and it was delicious till the end. And of course, it also contains yuzu peel, which is essential for tsukemen. I'm sure I'm not the only one who enjoys secretly searching for yuzu peels with a spoon while drinking soup. lol By the way, Mr. Takeichi's flavored eggs are quite soft and half-boiled! Looking at other people's reviews, it seems like the limited quantity menu will change, so I'm looking forward to trying something different! !
