2021/12 This is a group of food stalls on Kuramoto Street in central Kure City. At sunset, many stalls are lit. One of them is Kachi. There are various types of ramen on the menu, but it's still the basics. Today I received ❝Tail Ramen for ¥800❞. The tail is huge! It's impressive how much of the rice bowl it takes up! ! This tail has been simmered for X hours, and the meat is so tender that you can loosen it with chopsticks! The soup that has been cooked for a long time is very clear. The floating fat sparkles and is beautiful! The taste is a deep flavor with a sweetness unique to beef bones. It has a good balance with the soy sauce and doesn't taste salty. The white-haired green onions were piled high and looked like they had bloomed inside the meaty bowl. The noodles are thin and coated in a gentle soup, and come in smoothly. Also, the things floating on the surface, such as black pepper and fried onions, add another layer of flavor. The owner, who is originally from Kumamoto, makes this dish without cutting corners, and it's seriously delicious! I drank all the soup (^^;) The inside of the store is a food stall, so there are only counter seats. It looks small in the photo, but since the number of seats is limited, it feels spacious when you sit down. According to the owner, the food stalls in Kure are managed by the city, which is rare in the country. While the number of food stalls in various places is decreasing due to police management, I hope that Kure City will continue to do its best. Yes, let's all get the economy going!
