Amazing place for hand made sushi, the master in here is very knowledgeable and they also have "mega" size drinks

This is the restaurant I used for a drinking party after work. It's a roadside restaurant located a little over 5 minutes walk from Hachioji Station, and has a variety of seating options including table seats, kotatsu seats, and counter seats. I have used Yadai Sushi several times at other restaurants, and the atmosphere inside is very calm and comfortable. This time, we ordered tuna, amberjack, salmon, salmon roe, broiled engawa, tekka rolls, and fried octopus. Cheers is of course beer! The mug of beer was very cold. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I felt the mug was a little big. All sushi is always delicious! The ratio of the size of the toppings to the size of the sushi is just right, and the dish is filling. It had a nice texture and was easy to eat, but the engawa in particular had a thick, melting texture, and the aroma of the fat was very nice. There are many types of toppings, but I also like that there are many fried foods, rice dishes, and snacks! I plan to use it again from time to time. Thank you for the meal.
