So wonderful tastes of Soysauce Ramen. Extremely soft sliced meat. Juicy dumpling. But not perfectly half cooked egg. I prefer softer texture of yolk(黄身).

It was very delicious. The soup stock and char siu are extremely delicious. Best of all, it contains pieces of cacao, and when you chew it and sip the juice, the bitterness of the cacao becomes deep and smoked, making it twice as delicious. The manager spoke to me in a friendly manner and said, ``If you like the taste, please come again.'' The atmosphere was very nice. Also, the taste seems to change slightly each day, so if you come back after a period of time, you can enjoy a different taste.
