The char siu is thick and has a strong flavor, the Chinese bamboo is sweet and spicy, and the noodles are quite large, so you might think that the price is high, but I think you will be satisfied with this amount at this price. We also have char siu and Chinese bamboo as souvenirs, so they're perfect for snacking on with alcohol when you get home. This is my favorite store.

I drove by for lunch. There were about 3 cars parked in the parking lot in front of the store. There seemed to be one at the back of the store, but it quickly filled up at noon. A friend told me that Chinese bamboo is delicious, so I ordered the bean sprout ramen. I think it tastes like nostalgic soy sauce ramen. The taste is unpretentious and makes you think, ``Ah, it's delicious.'' The stir-fried bean sprouts are fragrant and crunchy, and when you eat them while slurping the ramen soup, they have just the right amount of flavor.

I've been a fan since the previous owner, and my family and I always come here. It's an old ramen shop that I've been going to for decades. I love Chinese bamboo ramen. Since becoming the current owner, the menu has expanded, and it's new and nice.
