More Comments at Google MapAt the Shanghai cuisine restaurant "Shanghai Boiling Yatai Tsurukame Shuya" near Yokohama Station, we had the "Specialty! Boiling Gyoza Hot Pot Course" which comes with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, an auspicious hot pot with two colors of red and white. Ta. The course includes shrimp crackers as an appetizer, assorted 3 types of cold dishes, shrimp shumai, meat shumai, chili shrimp, potato fries, aged drunken chicken and fried chicken, spicy hot pot, and hot boiling gyoza hot pot that can be enjoyed in two colors: rich white chicken soup. There were 9 dishes of Chinese noodles to finish the meal. The main dish, the boiling gyoza hotpot, was a hearty hotpot that could be enjoyed with two soups: spicy hot pot and rich white chicken soup. The hot pot soup had a tangy taste that stimulated my appetite, and the rich white chicken soup had plenty of chicken flavor. The gyoza had a thin skin and a juicy filling, and went well with both soups. This is a very satisfying course that you can enjoy until the end of the meal, Chinese noodles! ! It was a very satisfying course, not only for the taste of the food, but also for the volume and the cost performance of 4,500 yen. It's cheap and the store is spacious, so it seems like a good place for company banquets and year-end parties!
Asian Bar New Hanoi changed its business format and became a Chinese bar that specializes in dumplings, so I went there as soon as it opened! The gyoza hotpot with spicy and paitan soup was delicious! I especially liked the spicy spicy sauce 🌶️ The course includes a lot of food and comes with all-you-can-drink, so it looks like it would be great for a year-end party in the coming year. If I come to Yokohama again, I would like to stop by!
I found out that it was open today so I stopped by. The staff greets you cheerfully and carefully explains the menu when you are seated at your table. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, with a retro Chinese feel, and you can experience the feeling of entering another world. The main dish, the succulent boiling iron pot gyoza, is filled with piping hot meat juices, and when you break it open with chopsticks and press it, the juices will overflow from inside. It's delicious enough as is, but it's even more delicious when you eat it with homemade chili oil and vinegar for the second bite. The meat juice inside is hot, so be careful not to get burned! To commemorate the opening, there is a half-price sale going on until November 9th (Thursday), so I would like to come back to eat there again!
