It was my first time eating Iekei ramen. The addictive smell of pork bones wafts through the store. I ordered thin noodles with normal pork flavor and normal fat! As someone who likes Yamaoka-ya, the tonkotsu-based soup had an addictive taste and I really liked it☺️ The pork bone-based soup and soy sauce are intertwined in a perfect balance. It was more delicious than I expected 😋 It does feel salty in the latter half, so if you want to eat it lightly, I think it would be best to choose a diluted version. Medium-sized noodles are hard and quite filling, filling your stomach🫢 I was planning to add fried rice, but I was more full than I expected, so I think I'll definitely order fried rice next time. When I thanked the staff for the meal, they took me to the entrance, and I had a great time from beginning to end. It was a good impression☺️ With this base soup, both tonkotsu miso and spicy ramen should be delicious🥰I will come again.

I love the customer service of the old-fashioned ramen shop staff, who have their hair tied up, and it feels like a traditional, friendly ramen shop, and the customer service is good compared to other stores. The ramen is ready quickly, and even with the strong flavor, it's not too salty and has a strong flavor. I will continue to visit.
