More Comments at Google MapIf you order 5 types of skewers, they will serve them at the right time. The side dishes of chicken skin ponzu sauce and gray green onion white liver were also great. It was a shame that Sharaku was not available in the sake selection, but I would like to try it next time. It's so reasonable that you can eat and drink for 2 hours and get change for 5,000 yen.
I went there for the first time. I was careful because there was a word of mouth that I could only order the omakase menu, but I asked for my favorite skewers and salads. The number of skewers is from 2, so it might be better to go with someone you get along with. The store clerk was also nice, and all the skewers were perfectly grilled and I was very satisfied! The heart was especially delicious. Also, the carrot dressing on the salad was delicious. I want to go again!
Within walking distance from Nakayama Station, there is no parking lot in front of the main street. If you don't make a reservation, it's often full and you won't be able to get in. Be sure to make a reservation on Friday and Saturday. A restaurant with 5 to 6 people at the counter, 4 x 2 tables, and 4 x 2 horigotatsu-style tatami mats. You can watch the yakitori being grilled from the counter. At first, the restaurant will serve you 8 to 10 yakitori pieces per person. Each type is served at different times so that you can always enjoy freshly baked food. So, once you get used to it and understand the quantity and taste, it might be a good idea to order additional yakitori or side dishes at the same time. The yakitori is delicious with white liver, heart, and three types of fillet (especially wasabi). The doneness of the grill is exquisite! Hatsumoto, meatballs, and quail eggs are also good. Many people order a heaping salad as a side menu, but I've never eaten it so I don't know. I think it's delicious. Recommended side is tori soba. It is melty with a rich chicken stock. There are some toppings that are common to yakitori, such as meatballs and quail eggs, and they are also delicious. However, even though it's made with tori-shio, it's a bit rich and strong, which makes it unpopular for people who want to eat something refreshing. It might be a good idea to order the chicken soup to try it out. It's almost the same as Tori Soba soup. Since I often go by car and don't have access to alcohol, I haven't checked it out in detail, but they have a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and they seem to be very particular about their drinks. A variety of alcoholic beverages are displayed as you would expect from an izakaya. Personally, I would recommend going at least once a month, as I would experience withdrawal symptoms. There is a sign in the restroom asking for staff, and it seems like there are plans to open a new store. I asked about it because I wanted it to be located near my home rather than near my workplace, but the location hasn't been decided yet.
