A retro store with a Showa era feel. A friendly and kind master. A miraculous marriage of thin noodles and hot bean paste Maybe vegetable ramen next time? With my partner I’m also curious about Chinese-style curry 🤙

It was like ankake ramen with beaten egg (with pickled daikon radish). At the recommendation of the owner, after I finished eating the noodles, I added some rice to the red bean paste to make zosui, and it turned out to be very delicious.

When I decided to go after work, the store was closed in the evening, apparently because the owner was doing it as a hobby. There are almost no customers, and when you pass in front of the store, you can always see the owner sitting alone in a chair watching TV. It seems to be famous locally for being a mysterious ramen shop that has been around for decades. The parking lot is quite large, and even if you go by car, you can park about 2 cars with plenty of room. There is always a scooter parked in front of the entrance of the store, which is probably the owner's favorite car. The identity of "Tsubozuke Ramen" has already been established, including the prefabricated run-down hut and that scooter. As the name of the store suggests, I ordered tsubo-zuke ramen, but it was expensive at 800 yen, and honestly it tasted bad, but it tasted like home. I'm sure some people like that. There are a lot of other dishes, so I don't think it's a waste to ask for expensive Tsubo-zuke ramen. There is a piece of paper on the wall that says, "There might be a daily menu." If you are lucky, you may get the daily menu. The reason for the 5 stars is that the popular ramen today is full of backfat and claims to be a super-rich tonkotsu ramen, and some shops charge nearly 1,000 yen. Originally, ramen was a dish that could be eaten casually at an affordable price, but I think that the current ramen area is abnormal like mass hysteria. Using Ramen Jiro as an example, the dish is arranged like livestock feed under absolute rules. A class of back fat that can make you sick. Still popular. It is no longer occult. However, this restaurant is a combination of ramen and tsubozuke (or pickled radish) that should never go together. To finish off, dip the French bread in the soup and eat it. French bread is prepared even though I didn't ask for it. Moreover, I put a plate of French bread on the box of tissues on the table. Unbelievable. However, when you go to that store, you can feel something universal about ramen. You might think that this is also a cult, but you can feel the dignity and aura of your own way from the dilapidated hut and the rusty store, which has not been swept away by the changing times. I only know what I've done. To sum it up, you will feel as if you have traveled back in time. Young people probably won't be impressed if they go there. It's good to go with the momentum to make a story. If you don't feel like going, that's fine.
