This is Rasho in Toda, Atsugi City. First visit. There is a parking lot for about 6 cars and a second parking lot in front of the store. There are about 10 seats at the counter and 3 tables in a small raised area. Purchase a meal ticket and hand it to the clerk. At that time, you will be asked about your preferences (noodle hardness, amount of oil, intensity of flavor), so let them know. I went on a weekday at noon, and it was quite crowded. It took about 15 minutes before it was served, and it was beautifully presented and had plenty of back fat. The soup is also delicious with the richness of the backfat. The noodles are the usual rasho thin noodles, which are also delicious. The green onions were flavored with sesame oil and were delicious. There are rashos in various places, and each one has its own personality and is fun. The rasho here is delicious. You can tell that it's popular because customers keep coming in.

This is my favorite ramen shop among the many ramen shops. The presentation is beautiful, and you can feel that the soup is carefully made, which sets it apart from other restaurants. It's called Tsubaki at the store, but the difference from other rashos is that it has floating back fat and contains chopped onions and spinach. Ramen day is no longer available, but you can still get ramen for 550 yen, 100 yen off, until 10am. The store opens at 6:29. It's crowded with many customers from the morning. My recommendation is...all of them are good, but the one you can't miss is green onions. You can't eat it at the nearby Lasho. Is it shichimi vinegar ramen? The green onion grated miso ramen is delicious, and the char siu is also good. In the end, you can't go wrong, so eat whatever you like. The staff who makes the ramen and the female staff are both good people, and there are no blind spots in this restaurant. This is the place to go except on Mondays.

Perhaps it was because of the nature of the area, but when I entered around 2:00 in the afternoon on a weekday, I didn't feel the frustration that is common in ramen shops, and the elderly people were slowly eating their ramen. The atmosphere of the customers was also very good impression. * It may be a coincidence, so please listen to it for reference. The green onion char siu noodles were delicious with both green onions and char siu. I didn't really like ramen at ramen shops, but I thought it was very delicious here. I would like to go to a different time and enjoy the atmosphere of the store as well as the taste.
