2023.6.14(Wed) I ordered ramen + rice with meat. The soup was lighter than it looked, and the boiled cabbage was a great accent, making it delicious. I really like the seasoning and softness of the chu shu.

I had the black mar oil ramen with meat topping. The noodles are thin and a little soft, and the soup is rich and creamy with a pork bone base. The seasoning wasn't as strong as I expected, and I could gulp it down. I almost drank it all. If you don't care about calories, go for it all at once. The chashu is well seasoned and delicious. The food is roasted on a burner before being served, which increases the aroma and makes it even more appetizing.
