Higashimatsuyama, Saitama, Japan｜Ramen Kagetsu Arashi

I had never eaten at the authentic Daruma Ambassador, so I ordered the Daruma Ambassador ramen out of curiosity. Since it was Golden Week, I was prepared to wait and ordered a replacement at the same time. It was crowded, so I didn't feel comfortable eating slowly, and the soup was so hot that I couldn't really taste it at first, but once I settled in, it was delicious. As expected, it was a copy of a famous restaurant and was delicious. There's a red pickled ginger punch that comes with it, so it's better to add it little by little. The price is high, but I don't think I'll ever take it off.
