It is located right next to Higashimatsuyama Station, and it seems that the management body has changed since 2022. Higashimatsuyama's specialty, yakitori, is not chicken, but pork kashira meat and is characterized by a miso sauce. Visited at 17:30 on weekdays, several groups had already entered the store. I ordered "kashira skewer" and "tomato bacon skewer". In addition, when I visited at lunch time, it was only takeout.

With my thoughts when I first landed at Higashimatsuyama Station. Since we entered the opening time after 11:00 noon, there were no customers in the store yet. I didn't know that yakitori was famous in the hinterland of Saitama, so I decided to enter a popular shop in front of the station. The yakitori itself is of course delicious. If anything, the main dish of this restaurant is the miso sauce! Miso is in the bowl that sits in the middle of the tray. I was a little stingy and ate it with a small amount, but I regret that I could have eaten it with a lot of it. Speaking of yakitori, salt and ordinary sauce are common, so miso was fresh.
