I came here because I was curious because I like tsukemen. This is my first time entering a Jinenjo-san or Rokurinsha affiliated store. I ordered a small serving of tsukemen (200g) and green onion topping. There were a variety of spices on the table, not just shichimi and pepper. (Yuzu and plum spices, etc.) Tsukemen noodles were thick and easy to mix the flavors together, and were not too hard, making them easy to eat and delicious. If you think of seafood, it might seem a little weak in taste, but since it's a soup with chicken broth, the aftertaste is refreshing and I think it's a delicate taste. It was a cup that I could feel the restaurant's commitment to never getting tired of. Also, the soup was delicious.
