2023/08/11 repeat Pork bone tanmen (500 yen) is the first time I ordered it with Kaedama I visit at least once a month. It's so popular that if you go on Saturdays and Sundays during the opening hours, you'll be in town. Although it is a Yoshikawa series, tanmen is very delicious. The nice point is that the price is the same from small to large! It's good to change the taste with vinegar and chili oil! The store clerk is also a pleasant customer service

We had green onion tanmen with beef offal for 850 yen, miso tanmen with a small amount of vegetables for 850 yen, 5 gyoza pieces for 850 yen, and 5 karaage pieces for 360 yen. I wanted to taste the base soup, so I asked for the free chopped ginger on a separate plate, and they happily accepted it. The green onion tanmen was very delicious with a mild flavored soup. Adding ginger gave it a punch and made it even more delicious. It goes perfectly with the smooth texture of the noodles. The miso tanmen was flat noodles that went perfectly with the miso, and it was also very delicious. I had high expectations for the gyoza because there was a sign advertising it as the vegetable-filled gyoza from Chuka Soba Yoshikawa Ageo branch, which I had visited the day before. It was very delicious and went perfectly with the vinegar and pepper. The fried chicken was very juicy, not too tough, even though it was breast meat, and the seasoning was excellent. This is a store I would definitely like to visit again. The soup was green onion, salt, miso, rich (pork bone soup), and gomoku ankake. The green onions and miso were wonderfully delicious.
