Omihachiman, Shiga, Japan｜Yataizushi Omihachiman Kitaguchi

Food is good and decent! The sushi made by the chef is oishii! Enjoyed the dinner very much!

It's about a 3 minute walk from the station. The store is lively and the customer base is mostly young. If you sit at the counter, you can see the dignified chef cutting sashimi and making sushi up close. The wonderful knife handling and sushi rice making are no different from a full-fledged sushi restaurant. I actually had sushi, but it was like nigiri sushi at a sushi restaurant, and it was a different dimension from sushi at an izakaya. Perhaps because of that, orders for sushi and sashimi platters continued one after another, and the general was amazed at his concentration as he silently completed the orders with a sashimi knife in his hand. The motsunabe is also as delicious as the motsunabe specialty store. All the young shop clerks were smiling and pleasant, and I felt that everything was well-organized.

It was my first time visiting here, but I was very satisfied because even one person could enjoy it and the food was fresh and served quickly! Drinks are half price until 7pm which is great!
